Cover Pictures are messed up

Hello,
I have one big problem: When scrolling through my media I often see album covers messed up.
That means Album Cover "A" appears in some songs of Album "B".
I use an Ipod Touch 4th Gen. When I use my Ipad with I do not have these problems.
MP3 tags are alright.
Is that a special Ipod Problem ?
I hope you can help me, because I bought the Full Version and it is not safisfying when the covers are messed up.

    Hi Markus,

    Is this problem consistent, i.e. do the same songs have the wrong album art? Is this problem occurring in the list view or the individual track view?

    Yes the Problem is consistent.
    Same Songs do have the wrong cover.
    It occurs in every view: List view, Playback view ans Track view.

    Hi Markus,

    Try uninstall and reinstalling media:connect on your iPod Touch. There may be a problem with the cache, and this will clear the cache.

    1. Press and hold the media:connect icon until it starts to wiggle. Then press the (X) to uninstall the app.
    2. Run App Store and install media:connect.
    3. Run media:connect. Select the "Settings" tab, then "Advanced"->"Restore In-App Purchases"->Restore.
